From Near-Death to New Life: Chris Dantzler's Inspiring Story of Health and Healing
Chris is the first interview session for the And I’m Still Here Project, and it worked out better than I expected. I recently saw a post by Chris that described his experience of almost losing his life and using the phrase “still here.” Naturally, this caught my attention because it lines up with what I want this project to be about.
Personally, suicide topics are what hit home the most, but I want this project to reach beyond just suicide. Some of us receive second chances in life, and they can occur in various ways. It causes us to step back and reflect, asking the questions, “Why am I still here?”
This conversation between Chris and me includes a wealth of value, insightful talking points, valuable advice, and thoughtful reflection. There’s something everyone can learn from.
I appreciate the support from a fellow creator. Chris is another talented videographer and photographer. I appreciate that he followed up with me about getting in the chair for the interview. He took it as his responsibility to help make it happen. Not everyone is like that. He invested in a vision and goal for this project, and I am forever grateful!
